The year-over-year decrease in operating income was mainly due to the decrease in baby products revenue of COCO Shares and the change in product structure. Due to the decrease of raw material costs and shipping freights, the operating costs of COCO shares were reduced, and the sales staff structure was adjusted to improve the efficiency of personnel output and save sales expenses. Therefore, the net profit of COCO shares increased significantly year-on-year. According to the business category, in the first half of 2023, the operating income of the adult incontinence products business of COCO shares was about 290 million yuan, an increase of 16.21%.
