The details of hot melt adhesive 

Hot melt adhesive is a kind of plastic adhesive. It is solid state at normal temperature. When heating and melting hot melt glue to a certain temperature it will change into a fluid and viscous liquid. In a certain temperature range the physical state of hot melt glue changes with the temperature but the chemical characteristics remain the same. It’s non-toxic and tasteless, it belongs to the environmental protection chemical products.

Components: The main components of hot melt adhesive are basic resin, tackifier, viscosity modifier and antioxygen.  

Application: Bonding of non-woven fabric, carpet seam, cloth lining, zipper, etc.

Types: Fabric hot melt adhesive, heat sensitive pressure sensitive adhesive, furniture edge sealing hot melt adhesive, multi-purpose solvent hot melt adhesive, etc.

Sinbao Hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive. The shape of it: white or yellowish massive viscoelastic. And it’s solid state. Its melting point is from 80℃to 90℃. The bonding strength is 2.0-2.51g/25mm. The requirements of it are tasteless, non-toxic and does not irritate the skin.
