SMS non-woven fabric

SMS non-woven ’s raw material is polypropylene fiber, it’s hot rolled by three layers: spun-bond non-woven, melt-blown non-woven and spun-bond non-woven. It belongs to composite non-woven fabric. SMS non-woven is non-toxic and tasteless and high efficiency bacterial isolation. SMS non-woven can achieve those properties: anti-static, anti-alcohol, anti-plasma, water-repellent and water-producing when it goes through special treatment of the equipment.

1. Light weight

Its raw material is polypropylene fiber, and the weight of it is cotton’s 3/5. it’s with fluffiness and good feeling.

2. Soft

It is formed by hot melt bonding of fine fiber. So the finished product is soft.

3. Breathable

Polypropylene slice does not absorb water, the moisture content is zero. It’s composed of fiber so it’s with porous and good air permeability. SMS non-woven is easy to keep the cloth dry and easy to wash.

4. Non-toxic and non-irritating

The product is produced with FDA food grade raw materials, without chemical components, stable performance, non-toxic, odorless and does not irritate the skin.

5. Antibacterial and anti-chemical agents

Polypropylene is a chemically inert substance that can isolate the erosion of bacteria and insects in the liquid. The finished products do not affect the strength due to erosion.

Thin SMS non-woven fabric (10-25gsm), because of its waterproof and breathable, especially suitable for the hygienic market, such as use as the anti-leakage edge and back lining of sanitary napkins, sanitary pads, baby diapers, adult diapers.
