Lotus Teknik Tekstil in Turkey installed the Andritz digital integration platform
Lotus Teknik Tekstil of Turkey ordered the Metris digital integration platform from Andritz and installed it on the new Wetlace TM CP nonwoven production line which purchased from Andritz. The installation was completed in September 2023.
Andritz Corporation stated that the Metris integrated platform developed this time can be used throughout the entire lifecycle of the factory. This platform adopts the latest artificial intelligence technology, combining professional production management, simulation and optimization, as well as a complete set of network security functions.
In addition, the integrated platform also uses intelligent sensors for status monitoring and further optimizes the operational efficiency of the Wetlace CP production line through the following methods:
1. Ensure stable production processes through data collection and process monitoring.
2. Improve production traceability and provide energy monitoring to reduce operating costs.
3. Optimize raw material management and reduce production waste.
