Delivery of the world's first NCx3 high miscellaneous sorting spunlace parallel production line

On the morning of May 16, 2024, at 10:00 am, at the 31st International Science and Technology Exhibition of Household Paper, Trutzschler Textile Machinery (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Trutzschler Jiaxing) and Hebei Hongrun New Fabric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hebei Hongrun) held a licensing ceremony for the delivery of the world's first NCx3 high miscellaneous sorting spunlace parallel production line.

This production line is the world's first NCx3 high miscellaneous sorting spunlace parallel line delivered by Trutzschler Jiaxing to Hebei Hongrun in 2023, and has now been running smoothly. This line is equipped with 3 NC high impurity carding machines, with the middle NC carding machine equipped with a separate cotton feeding system, and the front and rear two machines sharing the same cotton feeding system.

The main features of this production line are as follows:

1. Six layer fiber mesh structure, with a more even and delicate fabric surface.

2. It can produce 30-150g/m2 spunlace fabric products.

3. Divided into two channels for cotton supply, it can process composite functional products.

4. High production capacity, low ton consumption, maximum production capacity can reach 3.3t/h.

The current spunlace nonwoven market is still in a low period. However, if we look back at the development process of the entire Chinese spunlace industry for more than 20 years, the ups and downs of the development cycle always exist. Every time there is a low period, spunlace fabric will always find one or more new application areas and growth points.
